The modern Omega CK 859 was inspired by the original reference from 1939. Everything about the watch screams 'vintage', from the silver dial and printed markers to the blued sword hands and retro logo. Make no mistake though - this is a thoroughly modern watch, with the quality you've come to expect from Omega.
Instead of the original's 30-T2 movement, this watch the brand's trademark Co-Axial Master Chronometer movement, originally designed by George Daniels. The sapphire back shows the movement in all its glory, with beautiful striped plates and other hallmarks of high-end watchmaking on full display.
