This watch is in excellent condition, with some scratches on the reverse of the lugs. There are some very light marks on the crystal. The watch is presented on an Omega-spec strap made for Subdial by Molequin and is accompanied by the original deployant.
Comes in original box with papers. hang tag present with dated warranty card.
Although seemingly less complicated than the perpetual calendar, the annual calendar is actually a much later invention. First produced by Patek Philippe in 1996, it actually had more parts than one of the company's perpetual calendars. This was because it used a less elegant (yet easier to implement) system of stacked gear wheels rather than a complicated and difficult to produce cam and lever.
OMEGA
Omega is in the unique position of being perhaps the most versatile out of all the watchmakers currently still in operation. Its product lineup includes dive watches, automatic and manual chronographs, as well haute joaillerie works of art. The brand has even demonstrated its high-end watchmaking capabilities by creating complications such as the tourbillon.
Omega's story goes further than just its watches, however. The brand has had a long and rich history of being called upon in times of need, and has sold watches to everyone from the British Royal Flying Corps during the First World War to NASA during the Space Race. More recently, Omega has been known as the exclusive supplier of watches to James Bond.
