A very rare Lange 1 reference 101.027x. This piece was originally produced to commemorate the designating of UNESCO World Heritage Status to the Elbe Valley in Saxony. However the designation was removed after only 4 years after construction of the Waldschlößen Bridge - a landmark whose intended location was misrepresented in the application to UNESCO. Lange halted production and sold the small number of these pieces that had been produced, forever cloaking them in mythology. The blue hands mirror the colour of the Waldschlößen Bridge, and this is further mirrored in the original Lange strap that the watch comes on. The dial is immaculate with printed numerals (contradicting the typical Lange 1 design of applied numerals). The watch is receiving a full service, please check to confirm expected delivery time. The case is in great condition with only light general wear, no significant damage. The minute hand is very slightly curved towards the end as visible in photos.

Comes with box and extract from Lange specifying 101.027x.
