Sometimes you just don't know until you feel a watch on your wrist. As people who love watches we get that, and we're happy to offer returns within 14 days for whatever reason, even if it's just a change of heart.
When can I make a return?
If you bought your watch within the last 14 days and it's in the same condition then yes. The 14 day period starts from the time that the shipment is marked as delivered to the time that you request a return through our website.
Once the watch reaches us it will be checked over for any damage inside or outside. We need to make sure that the watch is in the same condition as it left us, and this includes ensuring that the case back has not been removed. You should make sure that any tags, labels, or seals are still firmly attached and have not been removed. This isn't us just being overly-picky! Removing a case back outside of a proper workshop will often lead to dust getting inside and blocking the mechanism.

How to make a return
SEND US AN EMAIL
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll officially log your return request and share an express shipping label by email
BOOK A COLLECTION
We'll email you relevant details so that you can book a collection with DHL for a time that suits (within 3 days of your return request)
SHIP THE WATCH
Take a quick video of the watch and pack it securely as it arrived. Attach the shipping label to the outside ready for the courier
INSPECTION & REFUND
We'll check the watch over when we receive it. Assuming everything is OK we'll process the refund within 5 working days (less shipping)
Request a return
Other bits to note...
Your refund will cover the cost of the watch less outbound and return shipping. There aren't any additional processing fees or questions, so long as the watch is as it left us we're happy to aim for a quick return so that you can look for your next watch.
If you purchased the watch through a third-party provider they may add some delays into the process which are out of our control but we'll do all we can to speed them up. If you paid any taxes or duties, the relevant authorities will be notified of your return and you should be able to claim these fees back from them directly.
If there are any unexpected issues with the watch when we receive it back that mean that we can't accept a return / full refund we'll reach out to discuss by email. You can choose to have the watch returned to you again and we will require a £50 fee to cover postage costs / processing costs incurred. We hope that this never happen and assuming the watch hasn't been used it shouldn't! We may choose to make an offer for a partial refund if we think the damage is something that we can repair.
