We price our watches competitively from the outset and they sell quickly. We can sometimes offer small discounts depending on how you choose to pay, get in touch to ask about a specific watch.
We're an online business so we don't have a physical store, but we regularly offer digital viewings by video call where one of our team can be on hand to talk you through the watch and answer any questions that you have. We do sometimes offer in-person viewings at our Clubhouse by appointment, get in touch with us to see if this is possible.
If you are buying within the UK you won't have yo pay any additional charges. If you are buying from outside of the UK you will have to pay taxes and duties at your local rate, as set by your government. We will never understate the value of a watch on a shipment to avoid taxes or duties.
All watches fully inspected by our watchmakers in our in-house workshop, and every watch that leaves us is deemed to be in great working order. Often this means servicing them but not always if they are functioning well. We'll never over-polish watches and where there are imperfections we'll be 100% transparent about it in our listings
Yes, all photos are of the actual watch that you will be buying. They are taken by our in-house photographers who aim to give a totally transparent and accurate representation.
Frequently Asked Selling Questions
We aim to pay out on all direct purchases within 2 working days of them arriving with us. In some instances we might need to get a specialist opinion on an aspect of the condition in which case it may take a few days extra, but we'll keep you up to date at all points if this is required. Consignment sales are paid out on sale, after the buyer's mandatory 14 day return period has elapsed. For higher value watches the return period may not apply, get in touch for more information about this.
Yes, your watch will be insured from the moment that you hand it over to the courier, and at all times that it is in our care. All watches are stored offsite in secure vaulted storage.
We aren't in the business of regularly renegotiating prices and in the vast majority of cases what you're quoted is what you get! Some issues can only be identified in person and in some instances where there are unexpected repairs required. In the few cases where this happens we'll reach out to discuss with you and will only ever pass the repairs on at cost. You'll always have the option to return the watch free of charge, so your watch will never be held hostage.
We mainly operate online however in some instances, particularly for higher value watches, you are welcome to drop your watch off in person by appointment. Get in touch if you'd like to discuss in-person drop-offs
All our watches are stored in secure facilities and insured at all times. When we sell a watch on consignment we incur costs to ship, inspect, process, and photograph it, and so we ask for a minimum period of time to allow a fair chance to sell the watch. That said if something unexpected does come up we won't hold your watch against your will, just get in touch and we can have a reasonable conversation about it.

Almost all of our watches sold in the UK come with a 12 month mechanical warranty. All our watches are fully inspected at our workshop and leave us in great working order. Despite that mechanical watches are intricate machines and sometimes issues can arise. We'll always be there to support with any problems. Our aim is for you to have a great watch that you can enjoy, and that you want to keep coming back!
Yes, we offer 14 day returns on all watches sold online. For super high value watches we may not be able to offer returns and will insist on you seeing the watch in person when buying. We'll always make it clear in advance if the watch that you're buying doesn't come with the option to return.
We have our own in-house workshop with watchmakers from the top brands in the world. All watches go through a rigorous testing process where we look to understand every aspect of condition (both inside and out), and to confirm that we believe the watch to be authentic.
