We'll send you a shipping label and tamperproof bag in advance

2. Workshop Inspection

We will give the watch a full check over in our workshop

If any questions arise we'll reach out to discuss with you

3. Payment

Once approved payment will be made by bank transfer


The whole process typically only takes 24-48 hours

Is my watch insured?

Your watch is insured from the moment you hand it over, in the unlikely event something should happen to your watch, your payment is protected

How long does payment take?

For direct sales payment is made once the workshop have approved the watch, typically 24-48 hours. For consignments payment is made on sale.

What happens if the offer changes on inspection?

In the vast majority of cases the price we quote is the price we pay.

If anything unexpected does come up on inspection we will discuss this with you and always offer to return the watch free of charge
